Welcome to direct Heathrow Airport These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and use of our vehicles and drivers. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via phone, email, text, or through an authorised online platform
  • Bookings are only confirmed once acknowledged by the Company.
  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup details, destination, number of passengers, and any special requirements (e.g. mobility access).
  • Advance bookings for long-distance, executive, or mobility services are strongly recommended to ensure availability.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices will be quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change based on traffic conditions, waiting time, tolls, and detours.
  • Fares are charged per journey, not per passenger.
  • Payments can be made in cash, by card (subject to availability), or via pre-arranged invoicing for business clients.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond 5 minutes (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Out-of-hours journeys (typically between 11pm and 6am)
  • Airport parking and toll charges
  • Soiling or damage to the vehicle

3. Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings must be made via phone, email, text, or through an authorised online platform.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once acknowledged by the Company.
  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup details, destination, number of passengers, and any special requirements (e.g. mobility access).
  • Advance bookings for long-distance, executive, or mobility services are strongly recommended to ensure availability.

4. Passenger Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely while in the vehicle.
  • Abuse, aggressive behaviour, or damage to the vehicle will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the journey and involvement of authorities if necessary.
  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

5. Mobility & Accessibility

  • The Company provides wheelchair-accessible vehicles upon request.
  • Passengers requiring mobility assistance should notify us at the time of booking so appropriate vehicles and support can be arranged.
  • We aim to provide respectful and dignified service for all passengers with additional needs.

6. Delays & Liability

  • While we strive to be punctual, traffic, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
  • The Company is not liable for missed flights, appointments, or other losses due to unforeseen delays.
  • We advise passengers to allow sufficient travel time and to book early wherever possible.

7. Lost Property

  • Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Any items left in vehicles will be logged and stored for up to 14 days.
  • Collection must be arranged by appointment. The Company does not post lost items unless pre-paid for postage and packaging.

8. Child Passengers

  • Passengers must inform the Company if a child seat is required. We do not guarantee availability of child seats unless pre-arranged.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for securing children properly in the vehicle.

9. Account & Contract Clients

  • Businesses and regular users may set up an account subject to credit approval.
  • All invoices must be settled within the agreed terms (usually 14 or 30 days).
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension and additional late payment fees.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
